Uttaranchal Institute of Management, Dehradun is a Constituent institute of Uttaranchal University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Uttaranchal Institute of Management was established in the year 2006. It has a faculty strength of 11 dedicated professionals who impart quality education in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, International Business, Supply Chain Management, and other specializations.

The institute has ultra-modern facilities backing its academic endeavors. UIM provides single, double and multi-bed rooms along with all other necessary facilities separately for boys and girls. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled, so that students and staff may have internet access at all times. A good library with books, periodicals, and other electronic resources is an important constituent of the institute's infrastructure. First-aid services provided on campus are tied up with hospitals for medical emergencies locally. There are 15 courses for a total of 5 different programs at UIM, BBA, B.Com Hons, MBA, and Ph.D. in Management. These courses provide options for full-time and part-time studies. Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Tourism and Event Management, Banking, and Finance are a few specializations which students will hardly find in any other institution.

UIM undergraduate programs are merit-based. For postgraduate courses, especially the MBA, scores obtained in national-level entrance tests like CAT, XAT, MAT, and CMAT are considered. For PhD, UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, or GATE score may be considered for admission. Interviews are conducted at UIM to ensure that only candidates with the right aptitude and potential are inducted into the institute.
