Vaagdevi Degree and PG College is a college located in Hanamkonda in Telangana andwas started in the year 1995. This affiliated college, located in a 2-acre area, provides a wide range of 31 courses in 8 degree programmes. At present, the college offers student intake of 1154 and possesses a faculty of 233 to help the aspiring students to learn. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council has accredited the Vaagdevi Degree and PG College, whereas the All India Council for Technical Education has given approval.

Vaagdevi Degree and PG College has numerous units with facilities that aim at promoting the whole learning process. Vaagdevi Degree and PG College has set different admission procedure according to the programmes offered. For other undergraduate courses like B.Sc the admission process would be strictly based on merit as per the candidate and the XIIth Intermediate marks conducted by the State Board of Intermediate Education Telangana or any other examination as per Kakatiya University. For postgraduate courses like MBA and MCA, the college accepts the scores of TSICET – Telangana Integrated Common Entrance Test.
