Vagdevi Degree College for Women, Krishna, established in the year 2010, is a women’s college exclusively imparting higher education in Jaggayyapet of Andhra Pradesh. This full-time college provides students an excellent opportunity to pursue graduated programs in the science and commerce streams. Located on a 2-acre piece of land, the college has a total student enrolment from all programmes of 670 and has a teaching staff of 20 members. At present, the college offers six undergraduate degrees: four in the B.Sc. stream and two in B.Com. to help women of different fields and career goals pursue their dreams. 

It is the policy of the college to give educational facilities that enable students to have a proper learning environment. In this regard, it provides a number of amenities for learning, student development, and wellbeing.
