Vaish Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (VIPER) is a premier institution for pharmaceutical education that was established in the year 2008 at Rohtak in Haryana. This co-educational institute, with an area of 2.23 acres, is an affiliated college approved by the PCI. VIPER runs three special courses in the field of pharmacy, with a total student enrolment of 250. The faculty consists of 19 dedicated professionals, ensuring a good student-to-teacher ratio and thereby a very conducive atmosphere for learning. 

Vaish Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research has a number of facilities that are oriented and aimed at making the learning process of students more productive. Its library is well-stocked with a large collection of about 5,000 books in various streams of pharmaceutical sciences. Other than this, VIPER subscribed to a number of national and international journals and periodicals in the area of pharmaceutical sciences. Labs are well equipped with all the modern facilities that help students to get practical knowledge about various works connected with pharmaceutical research and development. It has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls that ensure comfort and convenience for the students.
