Though answer keys of different institutes are not 100% accurate but almost to the mark. So you can expect an increase or decrease of about 10-12 marks.
VMMC one of the most reputed and best college of not only delhi but also pan India allows admission in MBBS/BDS and many more courses through NEET. thought the competition is high but 650+ is a safe number to beat the competition.
As we look at the previous years cut-off, it was around 640. You are expecting above it so thumbs up! So yes you have a high chance of getting your dream college.
But then too you will have to wait for the official answer key by nta that will be released soon @ https://neet.nta.nic.in/ . and the councelling.

Hello there,
Hope you are doing good,
It is really difficult to predict cut off for a particular college or a particular course since it changes every year and keeps on increasing. However, looking at previous year's cut off for MBBS in VMMC delhi, OBC category candidates required to secure rank between 230-260. Last year closing rank for OBC category was 255. If you score 690 out of 720, as you have mentioned above your score would be between 50-150, so there are decent chances of your admission in VMMC, delhi.
