Vasantdada Patil Pratishthan’s Manohar Phalke College of Architecture (VPPMPCOA) in Mumbai was established in the year 2018. Located in Mumbai, this affiliated college is on its way to carving a name for itself in the world of architectural education. Recognised by the Council of Architecture, VPPMPCOA provides students with a core study programme in architecture. The college occupies 7 acre campus of a little over 64 enroled students.  At present, it has a faculty of 5 dedicated members who ensure that student teacher ration is ideal as it facilitate one on one time with the learners. 

VPPMCOA boasts of several amenities to create a positive experience for students. The college maintains a fully equipped central library which is a centre of research and learning in various subjects related to architecture. As for the practical use, students have several departmental laboratories which are provided with all necessary tools and technologies. The college also aims at students’ health and happiness offering athletic facilities and a gym to achieve the work-life balance. There is an auditorium on the territory of university that can be used as a place for different events and meetings, as well as seminars or presentations, that create active learning environment. Scholars connectivity as well as access to digital resources important in the current college and architectural education is made possible by the college’s IT infrastructure. There is a cafeteria on campus that will allow the students and the staff to take a break and eat in between class. The centre of VPPMPCOA’s academic programmes, therefore, is the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch). As a full-time course, it takes five years for students to complete with sufficient competence in architectural design as well as actual practice. The college has been given a limit intakes of 40 students in this programme so as to make the classes intimate and productive. 

The admission procedure at VPPMPCOA is aimed at choosing dedicated and gifted potential architects. The college may use national and state level entrance examination for Architecture or any other standardised test.
