In 2021 neet exam, cut off had gone above expectations, minimum Mark's needed to qualify for NEET this year 138 for general.
Dear you should apply for both state as well as all india counseling to get collage.
See the marks u have scored in the NEET exam is too low ,so u won't be able to grab u a seat in a good private Institution under normal admission procedure. You did not mention about which college you are talking. However, in order to get admission in any MBBS college in India, it is mandatory to qualify NEET . There is no other option. Even if you go through management quota, you must have secured atleast the minimum cutoff marks in NEET.

The cutoff for NEET UG 2020 are as follows:

  1. General category - 720-147
  2. General PH - 146-129
  3. SC/ST/OBC - 146-113
  4. SC/ST/OBC - 128-113

So, depending on which category you belong to, you must have secured atleast the minimum qualifying marks as mentioned above.
