I am non local OC boy to AP with a rank of 47408 May I give first preference to th VR SIDDHARTHA or PVP SIDDHARTHA

As per ratings and college is considered... PVP siddartha is best than VR siddartha. See the closings ranks of both the colleges and keep options according to it. It also depends on what branch you are interested with. You may not get core branches in both the colleges, but there is some chance you can get, only if seats are not filled. In PVP siddartha faculty is good and there is also campus placements. So I suggest to give first preference for PVP siddartha.

It was my 1st day to college the infrastructure soo good that with digital and smart rooms with good living spaces. The are so may of facilities with good experience. Hostels are also been clean with good ventilation.
