Velankanni Matha College Of Nursing is situated in Kottayam, Kerala, India and was established in 2012.VMCN Scope of learning is in the stream of Nursing. This co-educational college associated college is situated at Thellakom, Kottayam, Kerala and it is an INC approved institution affiliated with the Kerala University. Situated in a small plot of land of 0.72 acres, the college provides students with a concentrated educational experience within this field of study. As per the records of the institute, the total number of students in the institute is 158 and faculties in the institute are 13 which show individual concentration and adequate education in nursing.

Velankanni Matha College of Nursing currently offers one full-time course: programmes offered at the level are; the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing). This is a four-year programme which has an approved student-intake of Forty (40) students, which is definite indication that this college wants to maintain a convenient student faculty ratio. The B.Sc Nursing programme serves to equip the students with all round theoretical concepts and techniques necessary for the profession. Despite the fact that the college offers this single degree programme, students are offered sufficient training and experience in all facets of nursing practice.
