As per University guideline the minimum requirement of attendance is 75 percent.  There is some respite for absence due to health reasons in GLC and ILS. However if you fall short of the required attendance the college shall bar you from attempting the exams for that particular semester without clearing the backlogs or can charge an amount of money.
