Vidya Sagar College of Education is one of the young colleges of Patiala, India, which was founded in 2016 but its vision is to prepare futures. This co-educational college is situated in Patiala, Punjab. It is affiliated by the National council for Teacher Education. This college is located in Village Fatehpur on Sangrur Road. It has a well-defined programme of study in teacher education. The college has 146 students and 9 members of the faculty thus having a small population allowing for improved student faculty relations.

Vidya Sagar College of Education has set down various amenities, which are meant to improve teaching and learning processes as well as development of each student. The library has a central function as a knowledge centre that supplies the necessary tools for student teaching. An auditorium is used and organised to host various occasions, educative/training programmes, and cultural affairs. Vidya Sagar College of Education offers one primary course: the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme. This is a teaching intensive full time course that takes 2 years in order to produce quality teachers. The college has an approved capacity for the admission of 100 students for this programme.
