Diploma in Civil Engineering is a three-year full-time course offered by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate should be an Indian National.
Candidate should have passed the SSC (Std. X) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination, with subjects Math's/Mathematics, General Science, and English, with a minimum of 35% marks in aggregate.
Direct Second-Year Diploma Engineering:
Direct Admission to Third-semester Diploma courses for engineering to students will be given as per Eligibility Criteria prescribed by MAHARASHTRA STATE BOARD OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION, MUMBAI (MSBTE).
Candidates who have passed 12th Science with Math/Mathematics (Code 71 for Maharashtra State Board candidates) and Science & Technology (Code 72 for Maharashtra State Board candidates) are only eligible for admission.
ITI pass with respective trade with 60% marks.
MCVC with 35% marks.
12th Technical with a minimum of 35% Marks.
For CBSE/ICSE Candidates:
In case the result of the candidate is given in GRADES, such Candidates are required to submit the result in ‘grade’ as converted to equivalent marks authorized by the concerned institute /Board.
In case the candidates do not provide or submit the grades in equivalent marks authorized by the concerned institute /Board then the equivalent % of marks shall be calculated as per the following formula.
