Vidyaa Vikas College of Education, Tiruchengode the college is a B Ed Colleges of Tamil Nadu established in the year 2005 located at Namakkal District of Tamil Nadu. This is a co-education institute located in a total area of 6.51 acres, is an affiliated college recognised by the N C T E – National Council for Teacher Education. With total enrolment of 472, and faculty of 30 members, the college has two main programmes offering degrees in education. Vidyaa Vikas College of Education is concerned with the development of future teachers through a holistic approach to training and up to date infrastructure.

With the modern infrastructure development, Vidyaa Vikas College of Education has a host of facilities that seek to facilitate students’ learning. The school has exclusive facilities for accommodating the boys and girls with a homely environment with proper nutritious diet and 24 hours wardens. Vidyaa Vikas College of Education offers two full-time courses: Two of these are Bachelors of Education (B.Ed) and Masters of Education (M.Ed.). B.Ed programme has a sanctioned strength of 200 students and M.Ed programme has 50 students intake capacity. The length of both strands is being two years and, therefore, covers all the general theories of education and practice. The colleges total student intake capacity is 472 to ensure that the college keeps on adhering to its student’s teacher ratio to enhance student success.

Vidyaa Vikas College of Education follows a protocol for the admission of the students, as framed by the Tamil Nadu Government and the University to which it is affiliated to. Admission to the B.Ed Programmes, the societies were aspiring candidates, group were admitted on the basis of merit through marks secured in the qualifying examination/out-threat entrance examination. The process of selections for the M.Ed programme is also same as the existing regulations of the University and the Government of Tamil Nadu. It maintains compliance with the reservation policies for SC, ST, MBC/DNC, BCs and other categories mentioned by the Tamil Nadu state government from time to time.
