Vinayaka Missions Sikkim College of Arts and Science, Gangtok, is a constituent college and was established in 2011. This is a co educational institution that offers all sorts of programmes in the institution. At present, the college has developed 10 courses across 6 degree programmes and handle different course fields. 

Vinayaka Missions Sikkim College of Arts and Science boast of appending qualify and well equipped facilities that would complement the learning condition of the students. About ten thousand books and journals including general and subject specialisations can be found in the central library which functions as a data centre.
