Vitasta School of Law and Humanities, which came into existence in 2009, is an affiliated college located in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. This institution is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and affiliated with Sarguja University Ambikapur, which provides education in the law and humanities stream only. Vitasta School is designed with infrastructure on a campus of just 2.2 acres of land and is well suited for the scholastic process. The total number of students in the department is 446, and the college has 16 faculty members that make the student-teacher ratio favourable. As of current, the institution only has one academic programme which is offering quality education for students in the area of laws and humanities.
Vitasta School of Law and Humanities is equipped with several infrastructures that are aimed at making the learning environment of the students better. The hub of these facilities is the well-sized library, outspread with more than forty00 volumes in humanities and law. There is also a section, Simorgh, named after the legendary bird in Persian and Sufi literature, which stands for the bird of wisdom. It provides an extensive source of bibliotheca and text, especially the historical, philosophical, sociological, psychological, economic, and literary books and other writings in English, Urdu, and Kashmiri. It also has well-equipped laboratories, an auditorium for functions and seminars and a cafeteria for the members of the college staff and students. The human resource welfare is also well-catered for in the various social services and amenities, which include a health centre with first aid amenities, a gym, and several sporting amenities. The campus facilities include modern information technology fundamentals necessary for supporting digital learning activities.
Vitasta School of Law and Humanities offers one flagship course, the BA LLB programme. This programme is an integrated five-year full course offered by the college that is offered to those with a background in arts intending to practice law for five consecutive years. Accordingly, the programme is aimed at a successful young people’s education for the legal profession and the acquisition of knowledge and practical experience. The college has an intake capacity of 446 students.

College infrastructure is not pretty much good but still better than other private law colleges in kashmir valley. Prior focus of this institution is academics but students don’t get enough space to perform co-circular activities.
