Viva School of Architecture, Vasai, Maharashtra, was started in 2010 as an affiliated college. This co-educational institution is approved by the Council of Architecture and offers a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) course. The campus is spread over 200 acres, and the environment is very congenial for architecture studies. The institute has a faculty strength of 13, thus providing personal attention to students. VSA accepts scores from NATA and JEE Main, thus admissions are truly based on the students' aptitude for architecture.

The college provides various amenities so that students can excel in their academics as well as in personal development. The library is an integrated knowledge centre with more than 2,000 books, and is also supported digitally by access to e-books and e-journals. It has a well-maintained and spacious reading room with a seating capacity for 40 students. VSA's IT infrastructure is also excellent to support contemporary learning methodologies. The campus comprises interactive student areas, with exhibition halls, air-conditioned auditorium, seminar rooms, and recreation areas. Table tennis, badminton halls, open-air courts form part of the Student facilities. For the convenience of students, the institute runs a bus especially from Virar Railway Station to the College. 

Viva School of Architecture offers only one full-time course at present: the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch). This five-year degree course has an approved intake of 80 students per year. The undergraduate programme in architecture (B.Arch) from VSA is designed to meet all the education requirements for architectural design, theory, and practice that help build successful careers in respective professions.

The admission procedure for the B.Arch course in Viva School of Architecture is based on the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) as conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Mumbai. Prospective students have to appear for either NATA or JEE Main. Listing at DTE is by NATA scores. Such an intensive selection process ensures that VSA admits only those with a good aptitude for architecture, thus helping in high-quality education and future professionals from the field of architecture.
