Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Management Studies and Research provides accommodation facilities to the boys on the campus. Because of this, the institute has separate hostels for boys. Various facilities are available for students in the institute.

The institute has a separate hostel for girls. Basic amenities for girl students are also available on the hostel premises.

VESIM Mumbai has a healthcare centre on the campus to meet the medical needs of students and staff members at the time of emergency.

Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Management Studies and Research has a well-maintained library on the campus for students. The VESIM Mumbai library has a large collection of quality national and international books in different academic and self-development areas. There is a separate digital section with CD-ROMs and DVDs on the core subjects taught at the institute. The library also has subscriptions to a wide range of periodicals, including national and internal journals and a plethora of online databases such as J-Gate and EBSCO and research database - Prowess IQ from CMIE. For research, the library also subscribed to the anti-plagiarism software Turnitin. The library database is managed by the SLIM - 21 software.

The place also serves as a focal point for various activities such as brainstorming, and confidence building for upcoming events, or relationship building among senior and junior students. 

VESIM Mumbai has an in-house auditorium outfitted with modern technology such as multimedia aids. Students and teachers frequently use the auditorium for seminars, panel discussions, meetings, gatherings, and discussions that take place on a regular basis.

The VESIM Mumbai campus is Wi-Fi enabled, allowing students to access the internet from anywhere on campus using their wireless devices.

VESIM Mumbai has well-furnished classrooms. The classrooms are outfitted with internet, advanced communication, and audio-visual teaching aids. Thus, all our classrooms are equipped with internet and advanced communication and audio-visual teaching aids. The classrooms are ergonomically designed to provide a great learning experience. 

VESIM Mumbai has various departmental based laboratories so that students can gain practical knowledge. The focus is on utilising an actionable information for strategy building and tactical decision-making to improve overall organisational competitiveness. Realising this need, we have established a well-equipped computer lab. There are 100 student stations equipped with advanced and licensed software, and supported by a state-of-the-art IBM server.
