Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore offers B.Sc Agriculture is a 4 years full-time course. The admission process for B.Sc Agriculture has already started. The application form is available on the official website of Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore. You have to register for it and fill the details asked in the application form and upload the documents and submit the form and later you'll be called for Counselling. That's the admission process.

The course fee for B.Sc Agriculture is Rs. 3,84,000. The eligibility criteria is that the students should be studied full-time in regular mode. You must have born on or after 10-07-2000.

You must get minimum 70% (if you belong to General Category student) in 12 th standard or equivalent exam with Chemistry, Physics and Physics or Mathematics, Chemistry, Agriculture or Biology from a recognised Board.

You must get at least 60% in 12 th standard or equivalent exam with Chemistry, Physics and Physics or Mathematics, Chemistry, Agriculture or Biology from a recognised Board if you belong to SC/ ST Category or belong to Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh Mizoram, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Sikkim.

In either colleges you go dont expect core companies placement as core companies dont come for recruiting students here.After studying ME you need to go for IT companies .The placement in such companies is better in VITB.Moreover the college is good in all aspects in terms of placement,faculty and also has modernised labs,wifi facility etc.

I think VITB Bhimavaram will be a good option.It has a good placement cell which trains the students by conducting several workshops, seminars for developing their communication skills, aptitude skills etc.About 668students got placed last year.The top recruiters are IBM, Infosys, Oracle, Amazon, Syntel, Tata Consultancy Services etc.Both the colleges have good infrastructure and facilities.To know more about the colleges you can refer the following links-

Any candidates interested in pursuing career in Allopathic, Osteopathic, Podiatric and Veterinary can appear for the MCAT test. Students from U.S. and Canada must have a UG degree to be eligible for the exam. International candidates must be pursuing or have completed MBBS to sit for MCAT. So no, having a B.Tech degree in Biotechnology won't pave a way for you to be eligible for MCAT.

Maharaj Vijayaram Gajapathi Raj College of Engineering (MVGRCE) has better placements for ECE students.

More than 255 students are placed. Among those, 182 students are placed in Capgemini. Recently, Capgemini offered a salary package of 3.2 LPA. Many companies like Infosys, Wipro, etc., visited the campus to offer placements. The college also conducted off-campus interviews. There is a placement cell which trains the students for placements.

As per your query Vivekananda Institute of Technology is a very good institution in Bangalore. But when it comes to placement it is not that good.
