Vivekjyoti College, Panskura, was established in the year 2008 and is an affiliated college in Purba Medinipur district, West Bengal. The co-educational institute for teacher education has a compact 1.3-acre campus and is approved by NCTE. Currently, the college offers two full-time courses in education with a total student enrolment of 137. To further the regular classroom learning with experiential learning, the college has set up social science laboratories in the subjects of History, Geography, Psychology, and Philosophy. The D.El.Ed. course will offer admission according to the policy of the state government or UT administration. Similarly, the B.Ed course has its selection process according to the policies prescribed by the State Government, UT administration, and the affiliated university.
