Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for seeking admission to first year of four year degree course in Engineering/Technology for academic year is as given below:

"Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std XII.) examination of Maharashtra state board of secondary and higher Education or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject along with one of the Chemistry/ biotechnology/ biology/ technical vocational subjects and secured minimum 50% (45% in case of Backward class categories and Person with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra state) marks in the above subjects taken together"

OR

The candidate should have passed with Minimum 50% marks in diploma course in Engineering or Technology of the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education or autonomous institution to which autonomous institution to which autonomy has been granted by the State of Maharashtra OR diploma recognized as equivalent to the diploma awarded by MSBTE with English medium.

Direct Admission to Second Year:

A) For Diploma Students

The candidate should have passed

Diploma course in Engineering/Technology in 50%(Open Category) and 45% for backword class category with English medium, awarded by the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE or autonomous institution to which autonomy has been granted by the State of Maharashtra or diploma recognized as equivalent to the State of Maharashtra or diploma recognized as equivalent to the diploma awarded by MSBTE for seeking direct admission to second year B.E. (3rd semester) in corresponding degree as prescribed by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra

B) For B.Sc Students

Candidate should have passed with 50% aggregate marks in B.sc candidate must have mathematics & physics in HSSC syllabus

Admission Details

Admission through Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the competent authority.
