The institute has an operational health center with a first-aid facility available in case of emergency.

VPM’S Dr. BRIMS has a fully-functional library with a huge collection of books and other educational resources on its campus. The facility of the library provides students access to several study materials in the form of printed books, bound volumes, journals, etc. The library has a huge collection of different books in management studies and also has subscriptions to 3 databases. These 3 databases are ProQuest and JGate, CRISIL that grants students the new researched knowledge on the campus itself. The library is kept operational from 9 A.M to 9 P.M. The library is also connected with high-speed internet access for students to study from online journals.

VPM's Dr. VN Bedekar Institute of Management Studies facilities also consist of sports facilities for its students. The institute has both indoor and outdoor sports center that allows students to upsurge their interest and competence in sports. The facility of sports covers various games such as Carrom Table, Tennis Badminton, Chess Cricket.

The institute has a fully-fledged IT infrastructure, with a user-friendly IT network, operational CCTV monitoring. The institute also has its own web cafe, power backup with an express feeder from MSEB for continuous power.

The institute has a cafeteria facility on the campus that provides healthy and nutritional meals to students, faculty members, and staff at reasonable prices.

The institute is also equipped with a spacious and accommodating auditorium. An auditorium known as Thorale Bajirao Peshwe Sabhagruha is fully air-conditioned with a seating capacity of 300 students, faculty members, and staff. Another auditorium known as Panini Sabha Gruha is a theatre styled auditorium with 200 students seating. Both the auditoriums are fitted with modern LCD projectors and multimedia facilities.
