VVM College of Nursing is a recognised institution, located in Bhopal, that was started in 2004 and provides nursing education in Madhya Pradesh, India. Situated at Aadampur Raisen Road, Bhopal, we provide diverse nursing courses that are recognised by INC. VVM College of Nursing, being one of the affiliated colleges, aims to deliver quality education in various types of nursing to 468 students. The institute is well equipped with a faculty of 49 members, allowing close interaction with students. The VVM College of Nursing provides education to meet the different requirements in the health care field through four types of nursing programmes and two degree programmes.
VVM College of Nursing has vowed to create a place that is suitable for learning for the students. This jac has an up-to-date operational reference and nursing collection including books, journals, and current software and digital databases. These include: the library has a large study area that helps students with deep knowledge and research. The IT facility also forms one of the mediate amenities offered by the VVM College of Nursing and it assists the students in their course work. It has independent labs for Fundamentals of Nursing, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Community Health, Microbiology & Infectious Disease, Anatomy & Physiology, Nutrition & Foods, Computer Science & Information. Apart from that, these labs provide practical knowledge so that the student can practice the real clinical situation. As for the extracurriculars, the college offers playgrounds for indoor and outdoor games and sports facilities for all-round development.
VVM College of Nursing has a total of four full-time nursing courses in order to address the different needs of learners in the nursing profession. The programmes are B.Sc Nursing, G.N.M. (General Nursing and Midwifery), A.N.M. (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery) and P.B.B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic B.Sc Nursing). Student intake in the college is 160 in these programs, where 60 are admitted to B.Sc. Nursing, 40 each for GNM and ANM, and 20 for P.B.B.Sc. Nursing. These courses are intended to provide the students with a thorough theoretical background and the required practical experience needed to achieve a successful nursing practice.

Degree wise Admission Process
B.Sc Nursing: VVM College Of Nursing offers B.Sc Nursing program with an intake capacity of 60 seats for admission into this four-year undergraduate degree program. The selection of students into the four-year program shall be based on the candidate's performance in the 10+2 examination with Science subjects. Also, candidates may have to write an entrance test to be conducted by the college or a state nursing entrance examination.
GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery): The total number of seats for the GNM program is 40. This program is a three-year diploma course, which usually requires the candidates to have completed 10+2 with Science subjects. The admission process may be based on merit and performance in an entrance test.
ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery): 40 students would be admitted into the ANM program at VVM College of Nursing. It is usually a two-year certificate course meant for the candidates who did 10+2 in any stream. Selection may depend on marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or through an entrance test.
P.B.B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic B.Sc Nursing): This is a two-year program with an intake of 20. This program is for those registered nurses with a GNM course, which usually makes them eligible. Admission to this program is generally based on the performance of the applicant in their GNM course and on the work experience, if any.
