VVP Engineering College, Rajkot, more commonly known as VVPEC, is a renowned education society established in 1996. The institute stretches over an area of 33.08 acres in Virda Vajadi, Kalawad Road, Rajkot, Gujarat. VVPEC is an affiliated college and approved by AICTE. The institute offers 8 undergraduate engineering programs with a student enrolment of 2,339 and faculty strength of 57. 

VVP Engineering College has various state-of-the-art facilities for the comfortable learning experience of its students. These institutes have well-equipped laboratories for practical training and research. It houses a state-of-the-art library known as the Knowledge Centre, which is the nerve center of the institution. The knowledge centre is equipped with a great collection of text books, reference books, journals, and digital resources. There are separate hostels for both boys and girls on campus which provide comfortable accommodation for students coming from other towns. VVPEC offers a total of 8 full-time Bachelor of Engineering programs, each having a duration of 4 years. The specialisations offered by VVPEC range in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Biotechnology Engineering.                                         

The admission procedure followed by the VVP Engineering College is simple and merit-based. It consider scores from state-level or national-level entrance exams.
