The Water Sanitation and Hygiene Institute, Kodaikanal, more often referred to as WASH Institute is a specialized educational institution engaged in the delivery of solutions to some of the most impactful environmental and health-related issues. This affiliated college was set up in 2008 and located in the beautiful town of Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu. The institute, located on a small area of 2 acres, has a clear focus of courses that are being taught to the students in the areas of water management, sanitation and public health. With a student’s strength of thirty and faculty capability of seven, WASH Institute offers a small learning college program that guarantees close student-professor interaction and practical training in a specialized area of study.
