WCTM Gurgaon: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

The World College of Technology and Management was established in 2007 at Gurgaon, Haryana. It is a co-educational institute spread over 18 acres, having affiliations and being an approved college by AICTE. WCTM imparts 22 courses in 8 degree programs catering to different fields of study. The total student enrolment is 458, while the faculty strength is 132—thus, a healthy student-to-teacher ratio. 

WCTM has various facilities in the institution that enhance both the learning environment and all-round development of the students. The college library is a hub of academic resources. It stocks more than 14,000 textbooks, reference books, and subscriptions to national and international journals. An ideal setting for research and self-study is provided. The institute provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls with a capacity of 400 and 100 students, respectively, for those staying on campus. Concerns for the health of the students are foremost at the college, where medical facilities are available throughout the day and night. Sports enthusiasts have both indoor and outdoor facilities like table tennis, chess, volleyball, badminton, and a spacious cricket and football ground.

The academic landscape varies from course to course; WCTM holds a total of 22 courses available at various levels and disciplines. It comprises full-time undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Engineering, Management, and Computer Applications. In addition, the college offers courses as diverse as 8 B.Tech programs, 5 M.Tech specialisations, MBA, MCA, BCA, and BBA degrees, and diploma courses in specialised fields. 

The admission process at WCTM is quite comprehensive and merit-based. The college accepts JEE Main scores for its engineering programs, admitting only such students who have a strong aptitude for technical education. The admission process for all programs is strictly by merit-based; hence, applicants must meet the required eligibility criteria and go through an interview, thereby helping the institution pick the best candidates that fit each course.
