Infrastructure:                                                                This college has the best infrastructure in Pune. Faculty:                                                                   Faculty of the  college is one of the best faculties. Some experienced professors have 20-30 years of teaching experience. There are different professors for the various departments who can  give there best to make the students understand in every detail of the subject. They are always there for the students who need help. They will help the student  to get good knowledge in the topic.

According to different parameters VIT,Pune has upper hand over MIT,Pune.

VIT Pune is autonomous private engineering college. VIT used this power of autonomy to align it course content of IITs and introduced many subjects which are in demand . MIT Pune is a college which depends on the University of Pune for its curriculum and has no flexibility to any changes.

When it comes to location and infrastructure.. then MIT has upper hand on both things. MIT is having a huge campus and relatively better infrastructure. VIT Pune doesn’t have a proper playground. A small patch of land between buildings is used for parking, playground and place for functions.

Coming to faculties and staff VIT Pune has a better staff. In fact, many books by Tech Max ( Kinda Textbook for PU) are written by an ex or current proffs of VIT Pune. Each faculty complete 40 hrs of teaching and learning process for each subject.

First, it depends upon your department which one are you interested to take admission like CSE, ECE, MECH,PETROLEUM as per depending upon your Passsion & Choice of Branch.

You must have atleast 50% PCM aggregate in Class 12th

You must appear in either JEE MAINS or MHT-CET 2020

For example, CSE has more demand as compared to other departments, so it has more capitation fees, as you know already that the CSE Dept. has more placement than others(main reason).

There is no IT branch in MIT-WPU the seats of IT is converted to collectively form CSE.

Talking about the cutoff for MIT WPU through MHT-CET examination considering you are going under the home state quota the cutoff is around 14,800 for petroleum engineering. This is on the assumption that you are from open category.

For outside maharastra candidates under the open category admissions the rank required is around 10,000-11,000 based on previous years data available.
