Companies can conduct a Pre Placement Talk (PPT) on a date that is convenient to the company and XIMR. In case the company can not come for the PPT, a soft copy of the PPT could be forwarded which will then be shown to the students, The PPT needs to include the company profile, available job profiles, progression of career and compensation details, Interested students will then apply for the position, The company may then shortlist the candidates and conduct the first level selection process (GD/Case Study/Test) for short-listed students during the Placement Week. In case the company is unable to make it during the Placement week, they may contact the Placement Coordinator for a convenient date, Preparing students for Mock Group Discussion & Personal Interviews which helps them to prepare for the actual interviews.
