Sports activities are given a lot of importance at XLRI. There are separate fields and areas for badminton, basketball, cricket, football, tennis, and volleyball. A sports festival named Ensemble Valhalla is also organised here. XLRI has a perfect environment for learning. Sir Jahangir Library has over 69,500 books, 59 electronic resources and databases, 90 print magazines and journals, etc. There are 32 classrooms with a seating capacity of 70, and each classroom has been designed like an amphitheater.

The curriculum of PGDM BM has a mixture of some basic and advanced courses that suit the incumbent requirements of the industry. Decision-making ability depends on the knowledge of all the functions of management. So economics, operations, finance, information systems, marketing, and strategic management subjects bear equal relevance.

This year, the top 35% of the batch received an average salary package of 34 LPA. The overall average salary package offered is 25 LPA. A total of 370 offers were made for the batch with 358 students. The highest salary package offered more than 50 LPA. Master Card, Air BnB, DBS Bank, ZS Associates, Tata Electronics, Nykaa, and Rebel Foods were among the new recruiters this time.
