Secondly, yes, I think you will definitely get a call from XLRI, Bhubhaneshwar as the expected XAT cut off percentile is 92 - 93 and according to your raw score, your percentile can go above 95. 

However, we should not rely on approximations, therefore, I request you to kindly wait till month end. with a score of 31.5 your percentile will around 92-93 in XAT exam however as you mention you want admission in XLRI . the cutoff marks for XLRI is more than 95 th percentile this year however you can get admission in various other colleges like

You can expect a call for XLRI HRM but for BM at this score is little doubtful, or you might not get it. You have cleared all the minimum criteria for the call, but with no work ex it is difficult.
