Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur has boys hostel facilities available for students on the campus. XLRI Jamshedpur boys’ hostels are the Fr. Enright Men's Residence and the St. Thomas Men's Residence. Every XLRI hostel room has access points linking it to the campus-wide network and the various network resources and services.

XLRI Jamshedpur provides separate hostels for girls on the campus premises. The XLRI Jamshedpur girls’ hostels are the Mother Teresa Women's Residence and the Nilima Acharji Women's Residence. All the hostels are well-equipped with facilities, such as phones, water filter & cooler, a common room, TV and the hostel rooms are computerized and have 24 hours internet access. 

XLRI Jamshedpur has an infirmary equipped with all basic amenities that include five beds to attend students who may require special medical attention. Three doctors visit, one in the morning and two in the evening. Medical assistance is also available at the multidisciplinary Tata Main Hospital, which is just 3 km away from the campus.

Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur has a well-equipped gymnasium with modern equipment for workouts and exercises.

XLRI Jamshedpur has Sir Jehangir Ghandy library to cater to the information needs of faculty, research scholars, students and its other members. It is housed on the ground floor of a spacious and centrally air-conditioned building overlooking the administrative block. XLRI library is equipped with a large collection of books, e-books, online national and international journals, printed national and international journals, bound volumes of periodicals, online databases and newspapers.

Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur has various indoor and outdoor sports facilities for students that include a grass football field, futsal, pool table, tennis court, basketball courts and beach volleyball court of international standard. In addition to the facilities on campus, students at XLRI have access to tennis courts, squash courts, and a synthetic athletics track through affiliation with local clubs and other sports associations.

XLRI Jamshedpur has computing resources at the campus that include the latest servers and workstations, a state-of-the-art campus network and 500 MBPS raw bandwidth WAN connectivity. There are high-end servers, which host the XLRI web page, Mail and SNTP server, Oracle, Lotus notes, SAS, DB2 and other software.

Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur has three fully equipped auditoriums. XLRI Jamshedpur auditoriums have a seating capacity of about 150 each. These auditoriums host several events like internal student events, guest lectures and seminars, and the famed XLRI student general body meetings. The largest of the three, the Tata Auditorium, has a capacity of about 1,500 people and is known in music circles for having one of the finest acoustic systems. The Tata Auditorium hosts all major events ranging from Annual Convocation, Ethics Oration and Ensemble.

The institute provides well-equipped Wi-Fi facilities with 10 gigabits ready Ethernet network in the campus for the practical learning purposes of the students.

In the XLRI classrooms, the seating arrangement is amphitheatre style and each lecture hall has a capacity of 70. These classrooms also support closed-circuit recording and playback of lecture sessions. The seven syndicate rooms can be used for a variety of academic activities. Furthermore, the new academic complex is fully equipped with the latest servers and workstations to facilitate the learning process.

XLRI Jamshedpur has a Behavioral Lab that is an interdisciplinary laboratory designed for the study of human subjects. The lab is equipped with the latest hardware that allows for HD audio-video conferencing. Researchers can use a dedicated server client with application software for their benefit.
