Yenepoya Nursing College, Mangalore, was started in the year 2002 and is one of the constituent colleges of Yenepoya University Mangalore and being a nursing college. It is well dedicated towards providing education to the nursing profession. Situated in Derelakatte, Mangalore, Karnataka, the college is recognised by Indian Nursing Council which maintains the quality standard of imparting education. This co-educational institution is one of the most popular and prestigious one that provides various nursing courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate programme levels. Combined total approved intake of the college in all the courses offered is 496 students. Some of the primary courses are B.Sc Nursing with intake capacity of 100, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with 60 students and different M.Sc Nursing specialties with 5 seats each. Besides, It offer General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with 60 intake facility for students so that the college also ensures to offer a broad range of education to the students who wants to build up their career in the field of nursing.

Yenepoya Nursing College has put down certain admission procedures that they use to filter the most potential students in its nursing courses. For other undergraduate courses such as B.Sc Nursing and Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, the university administers and sets its own cut off exam. This exam takes place in the university location and the counseling process is done off line using the ranks developed from the examination. The college also provides scholarships.
