Post Basic B.Sc Nursing: This course intake is 60 students. Admission to this program is the same as that for B.Sc Nursing. The selection process includes entrance examination conducted by Yenepoya University, then through offline counseling, and admissions according to rank list.

M.Sc Nursing: M.Sc specializations offered under Yenepoya Nursing College with an intake of 5 students each are M.Sc Community Health Nursing, M.Sc Medical Surgical Nursing.
