Yogananda Institute of Technology and Science was established in 2008 at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. This affiliated college sprawls over 16 acres of land, offering undergraduate and postgraduate levels with a diversified number of programs in engineering. YITS Tirupati offers a wide range of courses, right from five B.Tech programs to two M.Tech specializations. All programs are offered in full-time mode only. Each student enrolled in his/her chosen field is equipped with the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Some of the courses provided include Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. While the B.Tech course is spanned over four years of study, an M.Tech course spans over two years in totality.

The admission to YITS Tirupati is merit-based. The institute considers the performance in relevant State or national-level engineering entrance tests for B.Tech, GATE scores, or a separate entrance test for M.Tech.
