YITS Tirupati has got five B.Tech programmes with total 390 seats. YITS Tirupati admission process for B.Tech programmes are based on the results of AP EAMCET. The available specialisations are Computer Science and Engineering (120 seats); Electronics and Communication Engineering (120 seats); Civil Engineering (60 seats); Mechanical Engineering (60 seats); and Electrical and Electronics Engineering (30 seats). YITS Tirupati M.Tech Admission Process

The two specialisations for M.Tech are Electrical Power Systems (18 seats) and VLSI Design (12 seats). YITS Tirupati admission process is mainly based on AP PGECET.
