YITS Tirupati has got five B.Tech programmes with total 390 seats. YITS Tirupati admission process for B.Tech programmes are based on the results of AP EAMCET. The available specialisations are Computer Science and Engineering (120 seats); Electronics and Communication Engineering (120 seats); Civil Engineering (60 seats); Mechanical Engineering (60 seats); and Electrical and Electronics Engineering (30 seats). The candidates should have completed their 10+2 programmes in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
The two specialisations for M.Tech are Electrical Power Systems (18 seats) and VLSI Design (12 seats). YITS Tirupati admission process is mainly based on AP PGECET. Candidates must have an BE degree or B.Tech in the field of interest. Selection may also involve GATE scores or a in-house test conducted by the institution.
