Yuvraj Pratap Singh Memorial Homoeopathic Medical College Hospital & Research Centre is one of the most reputed homoeopathic medical colleges in Rajasthan, which is based in Alwar. This affiliated college was set up in the year 1978, and for the last 40 years, it has been training budding homoeopaths. The institute is also recognised by the Central Council of Homoeopathy (CCH), which makes the institute follow standard homoeopathic education in the country. Located in a 0.5-acre area, the college education has a total number of 305 students and 31 faculty members. The institute presently has only one course of study, the Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), with a focus on the homoeopathic system of medicine.
Yuvraj Pratap Singh Memorial Homoeopathic Medical College Hospital and Research Centre offers the following amenities to assist the student in their educational and personal development needs as follows: The centre of its structure comprises a 25-bed hospital with an operation theatre facility and other departments to make sure that the students get practical exposures to clinical experiences. This central source of academic instruments, the library, has a collection of over 6,000 books in different fields of medicine and homoeopathy, including national and international journals. In sync with growth in technology, the college has a well-stocked computerised lab with P-IV computers and installed homoeopathic software. For physical well-being, in partaking in the different forms of medium, the students can participate in many kinds of sports and learn yoga and meditation. It also includes an air-cooled seminar hall for cultural programmes an AC hygienic cafeteria, and seven practical laboratories.
