Zeal College of Engineering and Research, Narhe, Pune, Maharashtra is a college that was founded in the year 2007. It is an affiliated college that has received approval from the All India Council of Technical Education. This particular college has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council too. The ZCOER campus covers a land area of about 5 acres and offers 18 courses at three degree levels. The student strength of the institute is also diverse in terms of their programmes or streams with 2,775 enrolments. The faculty strength is 47 members for an intensive learning atmosphere. ZCOER boasts of technical education ranging from specialisations in Computer Engineering, Information Technology to Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.

ZCOER offers a wide range of facilities for an all-rounded learning experience that the students get to receive. There is a well-stocked library with books and periodicals, a digital library comprised of 10 nodes, and a spacious reading hall that can accommodate more than 250 students at a time. For females, there is a well-equipped 100-capacity hostel with triple-bedded rooms, attached bathrooms, washing machines, and 24-hour hot water facilities. The campus flaunts a well-equipped Computer Centre with more than 550 computers. Other facilities for students include a health centre, gymnasium, sports ground and field, and canteen providing healthy food. Bus services from all corners of Pune are available for the students so that no student finds it inconvenient to reach the college.

Both UG and PG courses are offered by ZCOER. The institute offers 6 B.Tech programmes - some of the popular ones being Computer Engineering, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering. All these programmes run for 4 years. It also offers 6 M.Tech programmes in Embedded Systems and VLSI, CAD CAM and Data Science. The college offers an MBA programme also. Number of seats varies with different programmes. B.Tech in Computer Engineering admits 180 students whereas other B. Tech courses like IT and Mechanical Engineering provide 120 seats to the respective candidates each.

The admission process at ZCOER is strictly merit-based, so it takes into consideration the candidate's performance in their relevant entrance examination. This college accepts scores from several well-known examinations for undergraduate programmes, such as JEE Main and MHT CET for its engineering courses. For an MBA course, the college accepts scores of many entrance exams like CAT, MAH MBA CET, and XAT.
