But, it is important to remember that not all college's hostel are of high-quality. There can be a few or many flaws whether it is related to facilities or infrastructure.
And to answer your question on Girls Hostel; Yes, boys and girls hostel are in the two different building. In any college, there are always separate buildings and blocks for boys and girls. And both girls and boys are not allowed to enter in each other's hostel block, it is strictly prohibited by any college.
