• The candidate should have completed his 10th and 12th, from a recognised board and institute.

• The student must have obtained a minimum of 50% at the 12+2 level. The minimum marks vary from college to college.

• The candidate needs to be from a science background. They should have completed 12th in the science stream.

GATE- Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering is usually attempted by those who wish to do their Master’s in Engineering.  It is recommended that aspirants appear for this exam if they want a successful career in pulp and paper technology.
