Yes, one can pursue MTech after successful completion of a BSc degree if the course is of 4-year long duration. But if one has completed BSc with a 3-year undergraduate degree then students need to complete their MSc. first before applying for MTech.
The eligibility for Mtech in renewable energy are required to secure at least 50% aggregate in B.E/B.Tech from a recognised institution.( For IIT and UPES, the minimum percentage required is 60% in Bachelor’s Degree).

In west bengal few colleges are offered for this course. BTech in renewable energy. You can get college in kolkata and outside of Kolkata but in West Bengal. I'll provide you those college name.
But for admission this college you have to clear WBJEE examination which is common entrance examination for West Bengal State in engineering and pharmacy colleges. Otherwise you can give JEE Mains examination and take admission in this college.
