MET 2025: Manipal Academy of Higher Education has published the MET 2025 syllabus pdf and exam pattern on the official website, manipal.edu. Aspirants of the Manipal Entrance Test for B.Tech must check the MET syllabus 2025 and paper pattern. The authority is conducting the MET 2025 registration in online mode. Applicants who meet the MET 2025 eligibility criteria can fill out the application form. Students who have obtained 50% marks aggregate in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects in class 12 or A level or IB or equivalent can submit the MET application form 2025. The last date to register for the Manipal Entrance Test is March 15, 2025. Candidates who seek B.Tech admissions at Manipal Academy of Higher Education must appear and qualify the MET exam. The authority will conduct the MET 2025 exam in online mode.

The authority will soon announce the MET 2025 exam dates on the official website. Candidates must check the MET 2025 exam pattern to prepare for the test. There is no age limit to appear for the MET 2025 entrance exam. Registered candidates have to complete the MET slot booking during a specified time. Candidates who book their slots will be issued the  MET admit card 2025 online. Students are advised to practice the MET sample papers while preparing for the MET 2025 exam. The authority will release the MET 2025 result in online mode after the exam is concluded.

What is the MET exam?

The full form of the MET exam is the Manipal Entrance Test conducted by the Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Manipal entrance exam is held for admission into various UG and PG courses offered by the university. The MAHE previously known as Manipal University offers admissions to the following courses – Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Master of Technology (M.Tech), Master of Engineering (M.E), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). 

The MET exam 2025 will be conducted in online mode in 2 sessions. The authorities will release the MET 2025 answer key at manipal.edu. The candidates who appeared in the examination will be able to check their answers. In case of discrepancies, the candidates will be able to raise objections or challenges of the answer key. The authorities will release the merit list of MET and shortlisted candidates will be eligible for the MET 2025 counselling process. MET merit list 2025 will be prepared based on the ranks and marks of candidates.

Manipal University will release the MET 2025 eligibility criteria on the official website. The eligibility criteria for MET B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) admission is as follows: 

MET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

To get admission, the candidates must pass the MET eligibility criteria 2025.

  • Citizenship: As per the MAHE eligibility guidelines the candidates must be a citizen of India

  • Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university. The qualifying examination must have been completed in Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject.

  • Minimum Marks: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics, and any one of the optional subjects mentioned above (Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject).

  • Age Limit: There is no age limit for appearing in MET.

B.A. Media

There are various eligibility criteria of 2023 MET determined by the exam conducting authority based on nationality and education qualification of the candidates.

Nationality:  The students applying for the MET BA Media must be a citizen of India.

Education Qualification:  Students applying for the course must have passed 10+2, American 12th grade, IB with not less than 45%.

The Arts group subjects will be referred to as the preferred qualification of MET BA Media.

MAHE commenced the MET 2025 registration on October 14, 2024. The authority has released the MET 2025 application form on the official website, manipal.edu. Candidates who wish to appear for the Manipal BTech exam must submit the MET application form 2025 in online mode. All applicants must adhere to the MET 2025 application dates while registering. The last date for MET registration 2025 is January 15, 2025. Before applying, candidates should fulfil the MET 2025 eligibility requirements. MET 2025 application forms will be accepted online only. The steps for completing the application form for MET 2025 are outlined below.

How to fill MET 2025 Application Form

The application process generally involves the following steps:

  1. Registration: Candidates need to register themselves on the official website of MAHE by providing basic details such as name, email ID, mobile number, and password.

  2. Filling the Application Form: After successful registration, candidates need to log in to their account and fill in the application form. They need to provide their personal, educational, and contact details, along with uploading their scanned photograph and signature.

  3. Selection of Course - After adding the personal details, candidates have to choose the course for MET 2025. Also, they will have to enter their category, exam center, and all the other academic details.

  4. Uploading Documents - Candidates have to upload their photographs and signatures in the prescribed format.
