Hello there
Determining the cut-off exactly is not possible at each paper have different difficulty levels and year to year cut off generally goes up. For this year if I tell you in on an average then if you you are ranking under 190-180 then you have the probability to get computer science and for information technology you must rank under 400.

Hello Student
To start a new course in any University in the middle of a session is not possible. In that case continuation of the session is studied so far will not be maintained. He or she has to take admission from the beginning of the session on which you want to change of courses. For any course everyone has to start from the beginning of the session that is from the first year of education of the specific course. .
This will help.
Hello Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well.
Students whose rank come under the range of 400–500 can go to any branch they wish for except foe CSE. But, unfortunately, CSE requires less than 200.
You can either opt for any other branch or see your chances for CSE in any other college.

I hope this information helps.
All the best.
As the BVP Cet cutoff keeps on changing each year depending upon various factors such as :
* Number of students appeared for the exam.
* Top score for that particular year
* Total number of seats available
As you have mentioned that your rank is 1396 (123 marks), so your chances of getting cse seat in Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering Pune is low. According to previous year data, the cutoff rank for cse branch is below 500,i.e., One needs to score above 140/200 marks to secure a seat in CSE department.

Hey,
It depends on the branch of course that you want to choose. The minimum merit no. required for different branches of engineering is different. So, i would like to suggest you to check the last year's cut off according to the branch that you want to choose. The authorities will consider various factors while determining the cutoff like difficulty of exam, number of applicants, availability of seats and previous year cutoff trends.
