Hello there,
With a KCET rank of 77,768 and belonging to the 371 J article category, your chances of getting into BVB College of Engineering and Technology in Hubli may be limited, especially for popular branches like Computer Science or Electronics. However, you might have a better chance in less competitive branches or through the management quota. Suggestions:
Check Previous Year Cutoffs : It's important to look at the previous year's cutoff ranks for BVB College to understand the trend. This will help you gauge whether you might secure a seat.
Consider Other Colleges : If you don’t secure a seat at BVB, explore other engineering colleges in Karnataka where the cutoffs may be lower.
Stay Informed During Counseling : Keep an eye on the KCET counseling process and be ready to adjust your options based on the available seats and ranks during the rounds.
Management Quota : If you're particularly keen on BVB, inquire about management quota seats, which may have different eligibility criteria.

Hello Apoorva,
With a KCET ranking of 54,262 and a PU percentage of 93%, your chances of getting a seat in the Computer Science (CS) branch at VVCE (Vidya Vardhaka College of Engineering) are somewhat uncertain. Considerations:
Previous Year Trends : Generally, VVCE has seen higher demand for CS, often resulting in lower cutoff ranks. You'll need to check the previous year's closing ranks for the CS branch to get a clearer picture.
Other Branches : If CS does not seem feasible, consider applying for other branches within the college, as they may have higher cutoffs than CS.
Management Quota : If you're particularly interested in VVCE, explore the possibility of management quota seats, which might have different eligibility criteria.
Counseling Rounds : Stay engaged during the counseling rounds. Sometimes, seats can become available due to others dropping out, so remaining flexible with your choices is key.
Yes you can!! but you will not get CS,ECE,AI branch & If you're interested in CS,ECE,etc..you can go through management seat
My suggestion
1stly I want to say congratulations...
Because you are not afraid to ask like many
You are not afraid of exam and took wrong decision
I know the rank is not upto the mark....but don't follow the crowd or people who suggest you that you are inferior or you should take that course I have seen many las rank holders who got 35%,42% in there 2nd puc
Yes I agree 2nd puc marks/entrance exam rank is important but it is not everything...now it's your past we should not think about past if we want to grow in career You know what About 20+% employees don't have degree in Google company (Google if you want) Don't loose hope just sit for 15 min in silence and think what you want in life or what makes you happy....write it down...if you think engineering is your best option...then go
for it If your parents have more money go for top colleges with management seat or your parents are middle class go for koet counseling and get into any college you get and work hard.... because your skills are more important in engineering field......get more skills...get more marks in academic s...you will get good company and good placement Never ever underestimate yourself....your more powerful than you think...it's just a 1 year performance
Hello Srushti,
With a KCET rank of 43,076 and a NEET score of 260 , securing a government seat in BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) in Karnataka may be challenging but not impossible. The following points can help clarify your situation: KCET Counseling for BNYS
Cut-off Trends : Government seats in BNYS usually have varying cut-off ranks depending on the college and the category. Generally, higher demand and competition for seats in BNYS may lead to cut-offs that are significantly lower than your rank. It's crucial to check the previous year's cut-offs for specific colleges to gauge your chances.
Reservation Categories : If you belong to any reservation category, it may provide you some leverage in securing a seat despite your rank.
Mop-Up Rounds : If you do not secure a seat in the initial rounds, keep an eye on mop-up rounds or any stray vacancy rounds that may be announced, as they can sometimes allow for late admissions. NEET Score Consideration
With your given rank and assuming open category, you can get the following colleges with your preferred B. Tech branch as per previous year cut off trends: Presidency University, Bangalore. Nagarjuna College of Engineering and Technology, Bangalore a KCET rank of 83,000, it might be challenging to secure a government seat in top-tier colleges in Karnataka for Computer Science (CS) or Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML). However, there are several good colleges in Karnataka where you may have a chance of getting admission in these fields. Candidates securing a KCET rank of 80,000 can find admission in only a few of the colleges of Karnataka. A rank of 80,000 in the KCET 2024 exam is considered to be a low rank keeping in mind the difficulty level maintained by the Karnataka Examination Authority!
