I hope this information helps
Thank you!
Hello,
It is quite difficult to predict the exact score with which you may secure a rank under 1000 because the rank vs marks trend changes every year. Last year MET was conducted for 800 marks and this year it was conducted for 240 marks so the previous year marks vs rank trend cannot be taken in to consideration. The rank is determined by factors such as total number of candidates appeared, highest score, lowest score, tie breakers etc. So if you score above 200 marks you may secure a rank below 1000 but to know the actual rank you have to wait until the authorities release merit list containing ranks. The rank corresponding to the estimated score may vary as it is a prediction.
The rank list is expected to be released in the fourth week of June 2021 so stay tuned and check for the updates regularly.

Hello dear aspirant
Firstly, congrats on successful completion of your MET exam. The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With 157/250, its really hard to get CSE or IT branch in their main campus, i.e. Manipal as there is a huge competition for these seats. Whereas, you can try for CSE and IT branches their Jaipur and Sikkim campuses.
