Yes, For your rank you have maximum chances to get Civil Engineering at Warangal Institute Of Technology and Science. This is an average engineering college with average placements. The tution fee at warangal institute of technology and science is 45,000/- per year. However if you submit your income certificate at the time of counselling you can avail 35,000/- Fee reimbursement If your income certificate states that if you belong to OC it should be below 1 lakh, SC/ST below 2 lakhs, BC below 1.5 lakhs.
