Recently, it has been announced that all those who are writing AP LAWCET must score 35% of the marks i.e, 42 out of 120 to be eligible. But, for the scheduled castes(SC) and schedules tribes(ST), there is no cut off, which means they will be eligible even if they don't score that qualifying marks. So, yes, you are eligible for counselling and you get seat in nice college.

If you are willing to pursue a 3 year llb program, you may do so and fill up the counselling form in order to know which law colleges would you be getting with the rank you have earned.
Chances are that with reservations, you may get some of the good colleges too, however since ranks differ each year, you may select from the list and according to your rank, your suitable college would be provided to you.
