The eligibility criteria of BEd is passed graduation or post graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% or above aggregate depending upon the norm of the university, admission process varies among colleges, for some it's based on the merit of the qualifying examination, there are also entrance tests such as by BHU, Delhi University, you can appear for CEE by NCERT, its entrance test scores are for admission of RIEs which are most reputed educational institute offering BEd.

Dear Aspirant, If the allotment of subjects is final then there can be no change of subject. As per the rules of the University, the subjects once allotted are final and not subject to change. However if your allotment is not final and there are empty seats in the subjects you want to have then you may contact the college administration.
