Hope you are doing well!! Sorry to say but your rank is way too high to get you into any government colleges under CEE. Though you belong to reserved category then also it will be difficult to get a seat in an government colleges. You can go with private colleges there are some colleges which accepts admission through CEE rank. Hope these will help you regarding any query feel free to ask in comment section.

As per your rank you definitely have chances for getting Admission in one of the Colleges under CEE Assam.
But definitely its a bit difficult for you to make it to the best/top colleges under CEE (ie. AEC..).
But definitely you will get a decent college.

You can get admission in some of the govt college under Assam CEE.
But definitely you won't be able to make it to top engineering college (like AEC).
But definitely you can get seat in other govt. College in Assam.

sir why prc of assam is not taken for son/daughter of central government employees during counseling

Let me inform you that prc of Assam is only taken for the son/daughter of the state government employee not that of the the central government.
Since central govt. Job includes transfer in various parts of the country, so process is not acceptable.
However you can show them the domicile of the respected state you belong to.

If all the seats were filled in 1st round of counseling then there will be no 2nd round of counseling and they will inform via website. And regarding your rank see you belong to reserved category but then also your rank is too high to get those colleges.
