What is the counselling process of Cee Assam?
Counselling process of CEE process are:
- Assam CEE 2019 Counseling will be held on July 2019 for the 1st phase admission.
- The counseling as per merit list for the subsequent phases shall be notified in case seats remain vacant.
- The counselling process involves document verification, choices of branch & colleges and allotment with payment of counseling fee only.
- Admission fee is to be paid in the college to which seat is allocated.
- The candidate shall have to report in person on the date as per the CEE 2019 Counseling schedule.
- A confirmed seat allotment letter will be issued after seat allocation process is completed.
- If a candidate fail to attend the Counseling as per schedule, his/ her candidature will not be considered in the next day or any subsequent Counseling under any circumstances.
- All candidates will have to pay Rs. 600 only(Non-refundable) as counseling fee at the time of counseling.
- Candidate shall have to report to the allotted college for admission with the CEE-2019 Counseling seat allotment letter and complete the required formalities within specified date.

Assam science and technology university is one of the most prominent colleges in assam which offers undergraduate courses.
The minimum cutoff for your category to be eligible for the counseling round is 76 to 72.
So I'm sorry to tell you that you're not eligible to get admissions in any government and private colleges as the minimum cutoff marks of the following colleges have been varying between 90 to 100 for the past few years.

Can a student from obc category get into assam engineering college with 1479 rank in assam cee 2019?
Hope you are doing well!! See you have got a decent rank in CEE exam but with that rank you will not able to get Assam Engineering college (AEC). But you may get Jorhat engineering college (JEC) or Jorhat institute of science and technology (JIST), on those colleges you will be having more branch option. Hope you get your answer.

Sorry to say your rank is very high to get you any seat in government colleges under CEE. With that rank you will not get any colleges. But you can go for private colleges like Royal global University, they also accept cee marks/rank for admission. Hope it helped you.

I got 804 rank in cee 2019nd if my pcm marks above 50%in hs bt less than other scandidates then will I get my seat,or otherwill get my seat
First of all you achieved a very good rank on CEE exam. And as the eligibility criteria of CEE is to have 50% aggregate marks on physics, chemistry and mathematics and regarding your query if you satisfy these criteria then you will get seat on those colleges. And if you secure 50% or above 50% marks (individually have to pass on that subjects without grace marks) then you will get your own seat and no one will take your seat. And nothing worry that if someone is getting higher percentage then you as your rank is good u need not need to worry about it.

I got 55 marks in Assam cee 2019, I belong to ST(H) category, what are my chances for government colleges?

The minimum cutoff marks that makes you eligible to apply for the next round in cee based on your category is 41 to 45.
The minimum marks to get into four government colleges for your category is
Assam Engineering college 99
Jorhat institute of science and technology 94
Jorhat Engineering college 91
Bineshwar college 89
Dibungarh college 93
So you can not get into any government college based on your marks but you can certainly try for the counseling as many seats will be leftover.

You have good chances of getting a college because the cutoff for CEE 2019 fo SC category is 61 to 57 marks and you have cleared the criteria so go for it.
