I lost all my original documents while travelling. I am preparing for the upcoming cat exam. in case I crack the exam and asked to get admissions in any one of the government management B schools so can I provide digital locker documents while documents verification process and are they valid?

See your documents stored in Digiloker is only for online use and it cannot be used in a hard copy as it is digitally signed and it will be valid for only online purpose. Admission cannot be made permanently on the basis of these documents but yes as you have lost them so you should arrange the new ones as soon as possible bu till than you can talk to the competent authorities and inform them about your issue and they will surely help you.
So you can get some time from that documents but you have to arrange the original documents as soon as possible. Note that IIM Indore has started the applications for CAT 2020 and this process will continues till September 16th so you have only few days left, if you can arrange the documents in this period it is fine but yes if you could not get that by the time so you can take some time using these online/digitally signed documents.

Let me make one thing clear. The only thing that you can stop you from getting admission in these reputated institutions is the same who can get you admission. It is you.
Always remember your will power is the one standing between you and your admission in these colleges.
Now you have already appeared for 12th and youu cannot change that. What you can change is your tenacity and your urge to succeed.

There might be some change in seat matrix. it is unpredictable from now. if there will be any change it will be notified before the new session starts. for year 2021, it will be declared in january-februray month.
as of now 10% reservation for EWS category for IIM campus. Competition for IIM is high and selection criteria has a high bar. to get 95+ percentile in CAT is very difficult. it will take years time to practice very well to a expertise level to solve one question accurately in less time.
so key to get an admission into IIM is to practice hard n hard so that you get 92-94+ percentile in CAT. there is less chance for seat increase in coming year.

According to me 97+lead to you in safe zone.As engineering students have lot of competition.Your academics is also good . Concentrate on your CAT score and along with this work on your profile building.

Please remember that merely clearing the cut off for cat wont guarantee you an admission into a top college. Colleges these days consider Academic diversity (Non- Engineers are given extra marks), Gender diversity ( Female candidates are given extra marks), 10th, 12th, Graduation scores, extra curricular achievements. In addition to that you need to perform well in your Group Discussion, Written Assessment Test, and Personal Interview. Being an Engineering graduate you need to score 99+ percentile in CAT to secure a call from top MBA colleges though even at this percentile some colleges won't call you considering your graduation and 12th marks.
Your profile is not good, to be very honest. Class 12th and graduation marks are a major drawback in your profile. That's why you need to score as much as you can.
You should also get a full time job if you want to score some points in work experience since internships are not considered as work experience in CAT. But all this will matter only when you would get a call so score as high as you can to secure a call first.

see cgpa matters a lot to admission in top bschools, however your entrance scores like cat, xat, mat, cmat etc, caste category also plays a vital role, if you have good score and decent work experience and soft skills you may select in tier 1 colleges, so I suggest you to work hard to get a good score in your upcoming exams, you did not mention which exam you are targeting now,do mention the exam name,then I may suggest you some college name.
