Actually your question is not so clear.Availability of bech will be based on the colleges you refer.You have to check whether the college is aggriated to NBI.and also comform that you should go to the college and ask the people if the btech is available or not.

As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above your age and course needed in bhu, you qualify for ba in bhu.
As per the criteria of bhu, you need to give bhu entrance test and if qualify the exam and cross the cut off marks then only you can get admission in bhu main campus depending on your bhu exam rank and marks.
Your cut off would be less as you habe obc category and you can avail its reservation policies.

So out of 300 you should get around 180-200 marks as you also have an advantage of SC category, but still to be on safer side it's better you obtain safer marks as well because every year competition is increasing. Yes, you can give BHU LLB Paper for demo. It is up to you whether you want to practice it or not. According to me it is a very good decision to practice the paper to know about the difficulty level of the paper. But you do not need to give the exam along with them. You can arrange the papers online and just practice. Also you might not be knowing some answers.

BHU counselling includes both online and offline counselling procedures. Candidates will have to enter their order of preferred choices through the website given by the university. After filling of all the choices, candidates are expected to visit the campus according to the given call letter. The course for them is confirmed only at the time of offline counselling.
